Good to know for your initial consultation
We want to make your start with us as pleasant and smooth as possible. Please take a moment to read through the following information:

Arriving with peace of mind: Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment. This gives us enough time for your registration and allows you to arrive relaxed and unhurried.

Transparency regarding costs: Please note that Dr. Dosen is a private physician. The fee for the initial consultation is 160 EUR, which is to be paid directly on site.

Together on this journey: The desire to have a child is usually a shared path. We therefore highly recommend attending the initial consultation as a couple – this allows us to provide you with comprehensive and supportive advice right from the start.
Your medical history (Previous test results)
In order to provide you with the best, most targeted advice for your individual situation, please bring the following test results with you to your appointment (if already available):

A) From the female patient: Blood count, CRP, coagulation (PTT, PT, and APC resistance), blood group, and Rhesus factor; hormone status (to be drawn between the 1st and 5th day of your cycle: AMH, FSH, LH, E2, Prolactin, Prog, Testosterone, TSH); as well as a current Pap smear result from your gynecologist.

B) From the partner: Semen analysis (spermiogram).

C) From both of you (if applicable): Test results from other specialists, genetic or immunological assessments, surgical reports, as well as reports on previous attempts at other clinics (a chronological overview is very helpful here).

D) If you have already undergone fertility treatments: Help us to better understand the path you’ve been on. Please write a short chronological overview for us (year, type of treatment such as IVF, ICSI, or IUI, medications used including dosage, IVF laboratory report).
Cancellation Policy & Data Protection
(Since this time is reserved exclusively for you and other couples are often waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy.)
Declaration of consent: I acknowledge that appointments I cannot attend must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is not made in time, a cancellation fee of 100 EUR will be charged.
