Semen donation can be carried out either at our clinic or at your home.
In case you have decided to donate sperm outside the clinic, consider the following instructions:

- Get a sterile urine cup at a pharmacy or pick one up from us at the clinic
- The time from the last ejaculation to the day of analysis should not be shorter than 2 days and not longer than 5 days
- Before collecting semen, wash your genitals with soap and water
- Bring the cup with the ejaculation to us at the clinic within 40 minutes
- When transported to us, you carry the cup close to your body
- Semen analysis includes an important test for immunological infertility in men (MAR test)
- When submitting semen, you will need to fill out a short form
- Consultation with the doctor is included in the price (by phone or on site on the same day)
