Please note that you should reschedule your appointment in good time or, if you have mild symptoms (e.g. a cold, flu, COVID-19), wear a mask during your visit. If you do not have a mask, we will be happy to provide one on site (price: €0.50).

Please put on an FFP2 protective mask before entering our clinic and wear it during your entire stay.
Please disinfect your hands thoroughly upon arrival (dispensers are provided in each room).
During periods of increased infection risk, it is not advisable to shake hands – a smile is always welcome. 😊
Please keep your distance from other people. Our waiting area is spacious and we make sure that there are no queues at the reception.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (antigen or PCR test) or if you show symptoms of a respiratory infection (fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath), especially with additional symptoms that are common with COVID-19 (loss of smell and/or taste), please inform us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE APPOINTMENT AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY.
