Whether you need fertility treatment, want to have your fertility checked or want a medical consultation due to a hormonal disorder – we make sure to keep the time between your first visit to our fertility clinic Graz and the start of your treatment as short as possible.

Please note that the majority of blood tests and clinical examinations depend on specific phase of your menstrual cycle. For this reason, it is possible that several visits may be necessary for a diagnosis / determination of a treatment plan / estimation of your fertility potential.

If the most important analyses have already been carried out on you, it should be possible to create your individually tailored treatment plan during your first medical consultation.

Initial consultation

During your first appointment we will get to know each other and start with the diagnostic procedures. A targeted conversation, a vaginal ultrasound examination of the partner and possibly a spermiogram check are the essential components of your first consultation.

Finding the exact cause of your fertility problem is the cornerstone of successful treatment. Please note that many diagnostic tests in women depend on the phase of the menstrual cycle and therefore cannot be performed at the same time.

Pregnancy and delivery of a healthy baby

Your parenthood is our ultimate goal, and that’s why we define the goal of your treatment as the delivery of a baby on the due date. There are three steps in your success story: (1) positive pregnancy test two weeks after the end of your fertility treatment, (2) evidence of your baby’s heartbeat two weeks after the positive pregnancy test, (3) delivery of your baby on the due date.

For Men

A blood test and an examination of a sperm sample – that’s it! You will get a precise assessment of your fertility potential.

For women

Just a single blood test and an ultrasound examination, perhaps an additional test for patency of the fallopian tubes, are enough for a complete picture of your fertility status – and you will get an accurate assessment of your fertility potential!
